Chilli Basil Chicken

Chilli Basil Chicken is one of my favourite dishes in Thai cuisine. I try this dish almost every single time I visit a Thai restaurant. And I have never been disappointed with the taste as I have never eaten a badly cooked Chilli Basil Chicken.

Chat Thai restaurant which is in Sydney makes one of the best Chilli Basil Chicken wok fried dishes. In Chat Thai the dish is known as ‘Grapao gai sub’. The dish is made up of stir fried minced chicken, fresh chilli and holy basil, which is served with steamed rice and half boiled egg. A fresh tender coconut juice to cool your taste buds down would definitely compliment the spicy chilli basil chicken. 🙂

I would totally recommend this spicy stir fried dish.
