Sydney is a beautiful city, and I consider myself fortunate to call it my second home. The city has numerous excellent and spectacular places, with something unique around every corner. While compiling a list of only 10 Instagrammable Places in Sydney is quite challenging, I have attempted to highlight my personal favorites. These places resonate with me and make for stunning Instagram pictures.

10 Instagram Worthy Spots in Sydney

The iconic Sydney Opera House in Circular Quay is the first on the list. Nothing, absolutely nothing, surpasses the magnificence of this landmark. Sydney is globally recognized for its Opera House, making it the quintessential location for a breathtaking Instagram picture. A visit to Sydney remains incomplete without capturing a moment in front of the Sydney Opera House.

Central Train Station

The next stop on my list is the heritage-listed Central Train Station, the largest and busiest railway station in New South Wales. With a remarkable 25 platforms, this station is a significant transportation hub.

Constructed in 1906, the Central train station boasts a rich history, now surpassing the century mark.

Sydney Harbour Bridge

The breathtaking sight of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, particularly during sunsets, offers a dramatic and awe-inspiring view. The arch bridge is a mesmerizing sight that provides the perfect opportunity to capture a stunning picture. Did you know you can climb the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge?

Forgotten Songs – A unique art piece

Turning away from George Street in Sydney’s Central Business District (CBD), you’ll discover Angel Place. This location is home to the art installation titled ‘Forgotten Songs,’ featuring empty birdcages. This masterpiece, designed by Michael Thomas Hill, is a must-see in Sydney CBD. It is a marvelous piece of art that deserves a spot on your list of things to do in Sydney. Best of all, visiting and admiring this masterpiece is free.
