Quintessential date with myself
It was a perfect afternoon, Sun God shining bright in winters. “A good way to de-stress and a quiet ‘Me’ time!” I thought. Taking the train to Circular Quay during lunch hour, I reached the Sydney Opera House.
I headed to the less crowded place, Water taxis combined Sydney point, right opposite to the Opera house.
The view point has many bollards. I comfortably settled on one of the bollards.
How can any peaceful time be complete without music? I plugged on my earplugs and heard some amazing happening Bollywood numbers, with maximum volume. Few to name are:
I was enjoying so much that I danced 😀 (more like a personalised silent disco). This was the first time I had danced in a public place. And mind you only I could hear the music!
It was a quintessential date with myself, great music, breath-taking views of the Opera house and Sydney Harbour Bridge, cotton candy clouds over them, soothing sound of the water, and the sunny weather. Sometimes these little things are what makes up life and one needs to learn how to cherish them.
