Operated by Marriott International, Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam is conveniently located close to Ramakrishna beach and Visakhapatnam Central Business District (CBD). With open corridors and tall ceilings, the hotel provides an aesthetic look enhancing the luxury.

Booking and Check-in Process

The booking for the rooms at Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam can be done online and the process is very simple and easy to follow. Rooms at this hotel is affordable and starts at INR 5000 per night.

With 24 hours concierge, the check-in process is seamless and easy. All the staff needed was a valid government identification card and a few basic details such as email address and phone number. After providing these details, I was checked-in immediately and was handed a key card. The staff explained the rules, amenities and the rooms. And I was escorted by another staff member who brought in my luggage.

Study tables are designed in such a way that it can cater for multiple laptops and workspaces. They are complimented with a comfortable office chair.

The hotel has an in-house restaurant, café and a bar with multi-cuisine food and tasty cocktails. Eatery, which is a beautiful and decorated restaurant serves buffet breakfast and meals, and also caters for ala carte menu options. The chefs here are trained and make delicious food.

The hotel offers multiple facilities such as a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre with a certified and trained personal trainer, and complementary Wi-Fi access.

What I loved about the hotel?

I really enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel. All staff members were friendly and nice. Not for once did I feel uncomfortable or awkward during my stay at the hotel. They were welcoming and always greeted me with a smile. The “Good Morning Mam!”, “Have a nice day”, “How are you mam?” were so refreshing and cordial.

Special mention to their food. The buffet that was served for the meals had so many options. These included the continental, Chinese, and local cuisines. Each item served were made fresh and were tasty. And brownie points for their desserts. The chocolate cake served was my favourite, but they did have the local Indian sweets too.

• Airport – The closest airport to Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam is the Visakhapatnam International Airport. The distance between the airport and the hotel is around 30 minutes (12 kilometres).
  • There are pre-paid taxis available at the airport that cost Rupees 800 one way.
  • The hotel can also arrange from a pick-up and drop facility between the hotel and airport for additional charges. Ensure to give them a call before so the transportation can be arranged.
• Public transportation – The economical way to travel between the airport and the hotel is by taking a public bus. There are buses that operate between airport and RTC Complex. RTC Complex is around a kilometre from the hotel.

Absolutely, Yes! This hotel has been one of the safest hotels I have stayed in India. The staff members included women employees and they made me feel like home. I did not have any issues at any point during my stay. If you are traveling alone as a solo female traveler, looks no further! This hotel is perfect.
