I am a sucker for adventurous activities. Whenever I travel, I try to find some adventurous activity or the other. Similarly, when I moved to Sydney, I researched on some of the adventurous things to do and even though I did not get a list of activities at once, I still figured out the 3 best adventurous activities to do in Circular Quay.

Circular Quay of Sydney
Circular Quay is a harbour area located in Sydney and a hub to the ferry transport of the Sydney harbour. The quay has an international shipping port and is a tourism spot in Sydney. It is also the home to the World famous Sydney Opera House.

How to get to Circular Quay?
The best way to reach Circular Quay is by public transport. Circular Quay is part of the Sydney Central Business District (CBD) line and has a connectivity from all modes of public transport in Sydney. There are frequent trains that run between the train stations of the CBD (Central, Wynyard, Town Hall, St James, Museum and Circular Quay). There are light rails that run between the various stops within the CBD. And Circular Quay is also reachable by buses and ferries.
- Up-to-date information on the timings and the routes can be found on the Transport for New South Wales (NSW) website.
- One can use Opal transportation card or debit/credit cards to pay for the fare on Sydney public transport.

Speed Jet boat
One of the most fun activities that one can do in Circular Quay is to take a speed jet boat. The boat ride provides the required adrenaline rush and is definitely a must do. Jet boats are powerful and can go really fast.

Bridge Climb
Bridge Climb in Sydney is a tourist attraction where one can climb the southern end of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Climbing the bridge offers a 360 degrees panoramic view of the Sydney Harbour. Started in the year 1998, Bridge Climb became legal and allowed the tourists to climb the bridge.

Kayaking
A cool activity to do over a weekend is to kayak around the Sydney Opera House. It is absolutely enjoyable and makes a great group activity with friends or kids. The kayak tour starts at Woolloomooloo. The guide was extremely helpful and I had a great time kayaking.

The other activity that is run by Eagle adventures is abseiling in the Blue Mountains. I have done that and have had a wonderful time as well.
